Sokobox boosts growth in an expanding beauty market

 

Sokobox is a leading company in Chile, specialising in the distribution of Korean beauty products, a booming market due to the growing interest in Korean cosmetics. In this context, the company identified a key opportunity to expand its digital presence and increase its sales, with the aim of consolidating its position as a leader in the sector. To achieve this, it needed a strategy that would capitalise on the Chilean public's interest in this niche market.

Challenge

Increasing digital visibility and strengthening brand leadership

 

Despite its market position, Sokobox faced the challenge of increasing its online visibility and standing out from the competition. The main challenge was to attract new customers, increase market share and maximise the return on investment of its advertising campaigns. In addition, the company was looking to improve brand recognition and expand by opening new outlets. To do this, it needed a robust marketing strategy that covered the entire customer journey, from brand awareness to conversion.

Solution

Full-funnel digital strategy to maximise Sokobox performance

 

To overcome these challenges, Sokobox implemented a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focused on the entire sales funnel, using Google Ads as the backbone. The strategy covered from the brand awareness phase to the final conversion, optimising each stage of the customer's buying process. The use of first-party customer data was leveraged to personalise campaigns and increase their effectiveness. In addition, the integration of advanced Adsmurai and Google technologies allowed for optimisation of ad campaigns and accurate measurement of results, ensuring a data-driven, results-based approach.

Results

Increase in revenues and number of transactions in one year

Comparing the results of Q2 2023 with Q2 2024, Sokobox experienced a 37% increase in revenue. The number of transactions grew by 50%, reflecting the success of the implemented strategy. In addition, searches for the brand increased by 118%, indicating increased awareness and positioning in the market. Web traffic also showed a 41% growth. Finally, the overall CTR of the campaigns improved by 47%, evidencing the effectiveness of the advertising actions and their direct impact on the company's performance.

As Sokobox grew, the need for an action plan to increase our market positioning and increase our ad spend and return on investment became a priority. With the help of Adsmurai and the internal Google team, we have achieved these important objectives for the brand in the medium term, improving our market presence and our daily performance in front of our customers.
